7:00 AM: Pickup at Villa
Round-trip transportation from Villa Daiquiri or Villa Sun Monkey. Guests are transported in air-conditioned vans to the activity center. The is private transportation and will not include any other guests.8:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Whitewater Tubing
Upon arrival, guests receive a safety briefing and gear up for a 2.5-mile tubing adventure down a scenic river with Class II and III rapids. Participants navigate in individual inflatable tubes, guided by experts. The 1.5-hour journey features exhilarating rapids and calm stretches, with opportunities to spot howler monkeys, iguanas, and tropical birds. Refreshments are provided post-tubing.10:45 AM - 12:00 PM: Horseback Riding
A 45-minute horseback ride through dry tropical forest and savannas, suitable for all skill levels. Well-trained horses are matched to riders’ experience. The trail offers views of the volcano and chances to see wildlife like white-tailed deer or toucans. Guides share ecological and historical insights. The ride concludes near the zip-line area.12:15 PM - 1:30 PM: Zip-Lining
A 1-hour zip-line course with 12 cables and 17 platforms across a river canyon. High-speed lines, some over 1,300 feet, provide stunning views of waterfalls and forests. Safety gear (helmets, harnesses, gloves) is provided, and staff ensure proper setup. The course includes a rappel and an optional “Tarzan swing” (a controlled free-fall jump).1:45 PM - 2:30 PM: Lunch
A buffet lunch at the ranch’s open-air restaurant, featuring Costa Rican dishes like gallo pinto, grilled chicken or beef, vegetables, fruits, and drinks. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available upon request. The setting offers scenic hill views.2:45 PM - 4:30 PM: Hot Springs and Volcanic Mud Bath
A 1.5-hour visit to natural hot springs (90°F-104°F) fed by volcanic geothermal activity. Guests soak in thermal pools and apply mineral-rich volcanic mud for a spa-like experience. Mud is rinsed off in a cold-water stream. Towels and changing facilities are provided.5:00 PM: Departure
Return shuttle to hotels, with drop-off between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, depending on location and traffic.
